ORDER POLICIES

Westlash ("we" and "us") is the operator of (westlash.com.au) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

REFUND POLICY

Westlash will NOT accept refunds for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged item/s during transit, buying the wrong item/s or change of mind. All Sales Are Final. 

Westlash may accept refunds if you received defective item/s due to our manufacturer, as long as a request for refund via email is received by us within 48 hours of receipt and contains photo and video evidence of the defective item/s and is in original condition, original packaging and unused. Once video and photo evidence has been received and inspected we will notify you if we accept or reject your item/s for refund.

In the case of an accepted return and refund, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you via email once this has been completed. Westlash will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

RETURN POLICY

Westlash will NOT accept returns for damaged item/s during transit, buying the wrong item/s or change of mind. All Sales Are Final.

Westlash will accept returns if you received incorrect item/s due to our error or you received defective item/s due to our manufacturer, as long as a request for return via email is received by us within 48 hours of receipt of item/s and the item/s are returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order in original condition, original packaging and are unused.

To request a return you must email info@westlash.com and provide us your order number along with evident photo/s of the incorrect or defective item/s you received.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s, we recommend you use trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you if we accept or reject your refund.

Westlash will accept exchanges if you received incorrect item/s due to our error or you received defective item/s due to our manufacturer, as long as a request for exchange via email is received by us within 48 hours of receipt of item/s and the item/s are returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order in original condition, original packaging and are unused.

AFTERPAY purchases undergo the same Westlash refund, returns and exchange policies process as outlined above. 

Please note that your personal agreement with AfterPay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
